In my opinion only, if it has a ladder to get up there, the roof is made to be walked on. If it doesn’t, it isn’t.
I can tell that on the roof of my Outback 250urs, that the food isn’t made to support much weight at all. All of my roof inspection and maintenance is done from the side. If I do have to be on the roof, I use plywood or Styrofoam material to distribute my weight. (225#)
