We use what we sell. I love ours. It sure makes it easier to enjoy dusk outside your camper without fighting off the buggers. Outbacker price is $250 (instead of $289). Any questions about the screen room? Let me know.

Outbackers first, EBay after that.

If we get our 26 rks this weekend I may be in touch. We browsed around Camping World last week looking at some things to get and one item we looked at closely was the screen rooms for the awnings. When you start adding the 2' and 4' add-on pieces the price skyrockets. Yours looks easy enough.

That's a really nice looking system Randy.

The screen room looks great!! I am going to show it to my DH when he gets home from work. We went camping this weekend and we could have used it.

Randy –

I absolutely love it! :clapping: Tell your wife we will have to give her the MOD queen crown! :devil2: We are thinking about getting one from you but I have one question. With the floorplans that have a rear door in the back, do you think that we will have enough clearance with the screen for that door to open? On the 27RSDS that rear door is the main door for entry. We only have 4 inches between the awning arm to the door. Looking at the photos on your site, and the 4th photo going down, shows the screen leaning a little towards the front of the TT. What do you think? Will it work?

Looks great... once we break in our new 26RS that is one of the first add-ons I am thinking of (biting insects seem to really like DH).

Hats off to your wife! :clapping:

Chris, that photo is version 1 of the screen room taken last year. It is leaning towards the front of the camper for three reasons: The panel shape is incorrect, the panel is too short, and the velcro tabs that secure it to the camper are not in place.

The better picture to look at is the second one down on the Photos page. There is no velcro on the camper in this photo either, but you can see the panel is the right shape and length, so the panel edge runs straight down the camper. Photos 5 and 6 are good too.

You bring up a good point. Maybe I should remove this photo from the site. Even though it was version 1 of the screen room, I needed photos to show the screen room in camping sites. We are going camping this weekend. I'll take more photos of the final screen room version and post those instead.

Bottom line, the side screen panels are made to run straight down your camper.

The other way you can tell that the screen room in photo 4 is version 1 is the side panel seam runs horizontal (about 3 feet from the ground). On version 2 (all other photos), the side panel seam is vertical.

Thanks for the info. I printed out the measurement sheet so I can do my measurements this weekend when we go camping. After I get that, I will fill out the order form on the website.

Thanks again!

I am afraid the Outbacker $250 special price promotion has expired. We have more work than we need right now and want to maintain a decent turn-around time (about 2 weeks) for our customers.

Chris, your "revised measurements" screen room should ship this week.
