I walk on our roof and I'm 210#. I don't do jumping jacks. The roof doesn't feel soft at all.
We have to access the roof on occasion. My suggestion would be to give it a try, just be really careful and see how it feels.

In my opinion only, if it has a ladder to get up there, the roof is made to be walked on. If it doesn’t, it isn’t.
I can tell that on the roof of my Outback 250urs, that the food isn’t made to support much weight at all. All of my roof inspection and maintenance is done from the side. If I do have to be on the roof, I use plywood or Styrofoam material to distribute my weight. (225#)

Yes, you can walk on the roof even without an attached ladder per Keystone. How else would you service your A/C, vents, etc etc etc?
