Opened up the trailer the other day and noticed a large puddle on the floor. We haven't even been out in it yet and already we have a leak. The Dealer service Dept was real great. They sent a guy right out to fix the Gasket in the A/C. Thank goodness we only live 4 miles from the dealer.

I was poking around last season and took the a/c cover down. There are four bolts that hold the a/c on and they were all loose. I check them periodically to make sure they are snugged up. I wonder if that was your problem, those bolts probably work loose from the vibration.

But don't over-tighten them. Seems like it's a fine line; if they're loose it leaks, but if they're too tight -- and the gasket gets crushed -- it will leak too.
