Anyone have a slightly bent A-frame? I went to level our newly owned 2020 252urs and found out that the A- Frame is not level ! I put a 5' level under the BAL 1/4" x 2" x 6" Beam starting at the back. As the level goes towards the tongue the gap grows to about 1/4" to 3/8" upward! There are no signs of cracks or damage anywhere. I'm not sure if a weigh distribution system caused this problem of to much tension or not? It was put on link # 5, I always had it on link # 3 on the 250rs. I paid the dealership to transfer the hitch from my old 250rs to our 252urs now. So I'm kinda caught Not knowing if the A-Frame was slightly bent before they installed the WDS or if the WDS actually caused the problem from driving 1 hr home. If anyone has any knowledge on this matter, should the bend be concerning or not? Anyone check their A-frame to see if their A-Frame is dead level or is there is any variance ? Please Feed back welcome !!

I'm assuming that you put the level under the I-beams along the length of your trailer as well and found them to be level. Is that the case?

I actually found the answer to my situation. After contacting BAL, Keystone and the Dealer where I purchaed our travel trailer with I got no answer to my question. I went back to the dealer with my 5' level. I took my level and put in on 3 BAL frames and they all had the same results as mine. So the A - Frames are manufactured with a slight bend upwards on purpose. They start straight under the belly of the camper and then bend slightly as it goes toward the tongue ball hitch ! I hope this will help others if they come across this same situation.
