I went to flush the black tank and heard water shooting out in the bathroom. I can see the black tank flush hose coming into the trailer in the bathroom sink cabinet. It goes up and runs into the hoses going to the sink faucet. From there I lose it and can't see where it is going but that is where the water is coming from.

My question is how does the sink/cabinet come out or does it not? I don't think there is enough room for me to get up to where the problem is with everything in place. The flush worked fine at the end of last season. So either something froze, came lose or broke. Regardless I need to get up there and was looking for suggestions on getting access before going it on my own.

Your problem is at the top of the black tank lines running under the bathroom sink. There is a check valve/ vacuum breaker assembly that prevents water from the black tank from being drawn back into the fresh water system in a low pressure condition. It is a black plastic valve that probably needs to be replaced because it has cracked do to freezing. Most new owners don't know or remember to blow this line out when winterizing their trailer. It could be a loose connection but most times it is just cracked and you wont know it till you use it for the first time of the season.

Thanks for the info. I've actually owned the trailer since it was new and been a member here for years but couldn't find my old login. You are right I've never blown out the black tank flush. Either I've been lucky the past nine years or unlucky this one. Will definitely add that to the winterizing to do list. Once I removed the zip ties holding the water lines and could move them lower it was much easier to replace the vacuum breaker. I was able to test it yesterday and no more leak.
