Are you certain it needs to be replaced? On a regular basis, our's gets difficult to operate and doesn't seal well. When this happens, I put on the disposable gloves and clean the seal well both top and bottom. Then, I apply a thin coat of silicone grease. Works for us and lasts many months.

I tried cleaning and greasing it twice, it seals most of the time, but not always. I will probably still need to replace seals which is ok, but i cant find any identifing labels but this one. It is a porcelain toilet with foot flush. Any help identifing would be great.

I had replaced the seal last year, fairly simply without issues.

we still are having problems where the ball doesn't seem to close all the way, letting the water leak out and the smell in.

What do I need to replace now, is there some springs or something with the foot pedal that needs replacing?

Thank you,

Steve Hathaway
