We had a fantastic first trip in our Outback 28RLS. We have never RV'd before, but always wanted to. We stayed at Dellanera RV Park on the beach in Galveston. The weather and Gulf were beautiful. The wind was blowing and the sea spray was everywhere, but nothing could dampen our enthusiasm. Everything in the TT worked great, and we had no problems traveling, backing, etc. Needless to say, we are hooked! The dogs loved the sandy beach, the surf and the trailer. Can't wait until our next trip! We washed all the salt water off the TT and truck in front of our house before going back to the storage place, so we are ready to roll at a moments notice.

Summergames84,

Congrats on your first trip in your Outback. Sounds like you're now experts at this - it doesn't take long. Nothing like the sunny warm south and a beach to get your spring and summer off to a good start!!

Keep us posted on your future voyages!!

The sand helps keep the collie hair from blowing around too much!

The outdoor shower was great for the doggie and people feet. That and a towel and we were set! Have a great trip to the Oregon Dunes!
