Hmmm...I thought I had an answer for you, but now I'm not so sure.

Check out box.net and see if that helps. I know they can store files for personal use, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for blogging.

I know of a great pdf printer (free) that you can print things to a pdf format. I don't know if that would help or not. Its called PrimoPDF and its free software. I use it all the time.

See seotoolsystem can be of any assistance. I'm aware that they can be used to save link to PDF for private use, I'm sure that it is for blogging would be appropriate.
