slide and jack issues

NEW here. I'm having an issue with extending and retracting all 3 slides and raising jacks. Fridge turns on, can hear water pump turns on, awning extends. On demand screen reads 13.1Volts, battery switch on shore power connected. New battery installed 1 month ago. Am I looking for power connecting at the battery? The positive coming off battery goes to a couple little boxes next to battery on the tongue. Could that be an issue? All I see on ops manual is that everything runs thru 12V and shore power keeps battery charged, while also letting you run the true 120V items such as AC. Help! Family vaca next week and I'm baffled . Thanks
