switch to equalizer?

Anybody switched from a friction sway control to an equalizer sway control hitch system and was it worth it? I've found a used one and I'm not sure if I should switch systems. Haven't had any problems with sway, but I'm always interested in improving performance.
thanks

Equalizer is still basically a friction system. I use the reese high performance dual cam sway control which works off a different principle, and it works excellently. Short of switching to a Hensley (if the added tongue weight is not an issue for you), I don't think you can beat the dual cam system. You can get it for about $150, or more if you have to switch your bars to accomdate the cams. Go to www.reeseprod.com for more info.
Good luck
